Eclectic Avenue Studio LLC runs eclecticavenuestudio.com. This policy explains what we collect through this website, how we use it, who else handles it, and the choices you have.
What we collect
We collect only what you choose to send us.
- Request a Quote: your name, business name, email address, what you need, the quantity or number of pages, the date you need it, any logo or artwork you upload, and your description of the project.
- Contact form: your name, email address, the topic, and your message.
- Website Questionnaire: your business or organization name, your name and role, email address, phone number, and your answers about your business, your current website, and the website you want. We ask for the names of people who hold website logins, never passwords.
- Email: if you email us, we receive your email address and whatever your message contains.
Our hosting company also keeps standard server logs, such as your IP address, browser type, and the pages you visit, to run and protect the website.
What we do not collect
- This website uses no analytics, advertising, or tracking tools.
- This website sets no cookies.
- Our fonts and images load from our own website, so your visit is not shared with font or image services.
- This website takes no payments and never asks for card or bank details.
How we use your information
- To answer your question or prepare your quote.
- To send you an email confirming we received your request.
- To make and deliver your order or website, if you become a client.
We do not sell your information. We do not add you to a mailing list unless you ask.
Website Questionnaire permissions: the questionnaire asks whether we may add a small "Website by Eclectic Avenue Studio" link to your website, and whether we may show your website as an example of our work. We keep a record of your answers and the date you sent them. You can withdraw either permission at any time by asking us.
Who else handles your information
- Hostinger hosts this website and our email. Your form answers and uploaded artwork travel through Hostinger's servers to our Hostinger mailbox.
- Intuit QuickBooks: if you accept a quote, we use QuickBooks to send estimates and invoices and to take your payment. QuickBooks handles your payment details.
- Canva: we place your logo or artwork in Canva to make your mockups.
- Claude, an AI assistant made by Anthropic: we use it to help draft replies and quotes from the messages you send us. Jen reads and approves every reply and every price before it reaches you.
Each of these companies has its own privacy policy.
How long we keep it
- Uploaded artwork is deleted from our web server after 30 days.
- Emails with your request stay in our mailbox for up to one year. If you become a client, we keep your emails with your order records.
- If you become a client, we keep order and payment records for seven years.
Your choices
You can ask us to show you, correct, or delete the information you sent us. Email info@eclecticavenuestudio.com. We reply within two business days.
Links to other websites
Our shop links go to Poshmark, eBay, and Etsy. Those websites have their own privacy policies.
Children
This website is for adults. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13.
Changes to this policy
When we change this policy, we post the new version here with a new effective date.
